Dr. Mician is a native of Prague, Czech Republic. She is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Mician received her medical degree from the University of Gainesville followed by a year of pediatric training. She completed her general and plastic surgery residencies while serving in the U.S. Army Medical Corps.

A recipient of the Army Commendation Medal, Dr. Mician was honorably discharged from the Army with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, American College of Surgeons, Florida Plastic Surgery Society, Hillsborough County Medical Association, and Tampa Bay Plastic Surgery Society.

She has been in practice in Tampa for 21 years.
